* Booking: Reservation is confirmed upon full payment. 
* Cancellation: Free up to 14 days before arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100%. 
* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out until 11:00 AM. 
* House Rules: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is possible on the terrace with the living room door closed. Please be         considerate of guests who come after you, no parties. 
* Liability: We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items. 
* A damage deposit of €300 is required upon arrival in cash. This deposit is fully refundable in cash and is subject to a damage inspection     of the accommodation upon departure.
